Constant force spring hanger, standard nbt47038-2013 (hereinafter referred to as constant force hanger) designed according to the principle of torque balance.The lever principle is applied to realize the constant force spring support and hanger. When the displacement is generated by the expansion of the pipeline, a force with a load change rate of less than 5% is applied to the pipeline to support or suspend the pipeline. Under the allowable load displacement, the load torque and the spring torque are always kept in balance.For the pipe and equipment supported by constant crane, a constant supporting force can be provided when displacement occurs, so additional stress will not be brought to the pipe equipment.The constant crane is generally used to reduce the displacement stress, such as the boiler body of the power plant, the steam, water, smoke, wind pipe and burner of the power plant, and the oil, chemical industry needs such support.When the thermal displacement of a lifting point in the pipeline system is greater than 12mm, it is appropriate to choose a constant crane to support, in order to avoid dangerous bending stress and adverse stress transfer in the pipeline system.Because of its spring and the component manufacture craft is simple, mature, the product performance stability, the economy is good, has been used for a long time in the domestic, therefore is the most widely used type at present.

Working principle
